The Kolbe Team Performance Intensive gives teams a clear, practical understanding of their instinctive strengths, how they initiate problem‑solving, how they take action, and where stress or friction naturally shows up. Unlike personality tools that focus on preferences or communication styles, Kolbe reveals the conative side of performance: how people operate when they’re free to be themselves.

I help teams see these patterns clearly, understand where friction is coming from, and redesign how they collaborate so people can operate in their strengths instead of working against them. The result is a team that works with more ease, less friction, and far greater efficiency. They leave with clearer roles, better workflows, and a shared understanding of how to structure work so everyone can contribute at their highest level.

Participants
The program includes assessments for 10 participants, additional participants can be added for additional cost.
Materials
Participants receive a copy of their Kolbe A assessment, the team receives one team map and a strengths distribution visual.
