Team Dynamics Accelerator
The Team Dynamics Accelerator is a customizable team‑building program that uses the DiSC(R) behavioral framework to help teams understand how they work, communicate, and make decisions — individually and together. It blends insight, interaction, and practical tools so teams walk away with a shared language, stronger relationships, and aligned ways of working.
Teams often come to me because communication feels harder than it should. Meetings drag on without resolution, feedback gets misinterpreted, and small misunderstandings snowball into frustration or stalled progress. Leaders notice that certain people dominate conversations while others shut down, or that cross‑functional partners seem to be speaking entirely different languages. Day‑to‑day, this shows up as duplicated work, avoidable tension, and decisions that take far too long because the team can’t get on the same page.

The Team Dynamics Accelerator uses the DiSC(R) framework not as a personality label, but as a practical tool for understanding how people communicate, collaborate, and make decisions. I combine behavioral insight with structured facilitation so teams can see their patterns clearly, talk about them openly, and build shared language around how they work.

Participants
The program includes assessments for 10 participants, additional participants can be added for additional cost.

Each participant receives a copy, digital or printed depending on facilitation choice, and a map of the team's DiSC styles.
