The Leadership Alignment Intensive uses a structured design thinking approach to break through the patterns which keep teams stuck. Instead of debating solutions prematurely, we slow down to understand the real problem, surface insights from across the team, and create the conditions for honest, productive collaboration. Through hands‑on exercises, facilitated discussions, and rapid ideation, your team reframes challenges, uncovers what’s been overlooked, and co‑creates solutions grounded in real needs, not assumptions
