More about Emma

I “grew up” in the insurance industry, spending 15 years moving from summer intern to AVP. That chapter gave me a front‑row seat to how leadership teams operate - the dynamics that accelerate progress, the patterns that stall it, and the structures required to move complex initiatives from idea to execution with clarity and alignment.

At home, I'm raising two daughters and a goldendoodle rescue with my husband. I love what I do because I get to help teams unlock their potential, make decisions they’re proud of, and walk out of the room more aligned and energized than when they walked in.
